Join the Friends of Dandridge Memorial Library, Dandridge Memorial Library Foundation, Jefferson County Library Board and local government officials at the official groundbreaking of the new library.
On-site parking will not be available. A shuttle will begin service at 12:30pm from First Baptist Church Dandridge.
